Isager Mulberry Silk is a delicate, lace-fine, 2-ply yarn made from 100% silk. This yarn is often used in combination with other Isager yarns. Any yarn automatically gains in quality when knitted together with Mulberry Silk. The silk lends every project softness and elegance when knitted together with other yarns from the Isager range. Mulberry Silk is particularly well suited for combining with Isager Spinni or Tvinni (100% wool) or Isager Palet (100% cotton), as it adds a beautiful sheen and a cool feel that complements these rather matt yarns. When combined with wool yarns, it provides extra softness without shedding, unlike Isager Silk Mohair. It is particularly well suited for lighter garments, scarves and baby clothes.
