Le Petit Lambswool is made of 100% lambswool—specifically the first shearing from Merino sheep—making it of first-class quality. This high-quality wool yarn contains no synthetic fibers and possesses a rustic charm. Its incredibly soft texture ensures a cozy knitting and wearing experience. The lambswool is spun and dyed in Scotland. Le Petit Lambswool is washed and steamed to ensure that no traces of spinning oil remain, resulting in an even airier wool. Le Gros Silk & Mohair is a blend of 28% Mulberry silk and 72% Super Kid Mohair. Super Kid Mohair is a very delicate and warm yarn.
It looks beautiful in every stitch pattern. Mulberry silk is the highest quality type of silk available. It is produced by silkworms that feed exclusively on mulberry leaves. The mulberry silk thread is pure pearl-white, soft, and simultaneously very strong. This blended yarn is spun and dyed in Italy. This wool blend is very soft, warm, and exceptionally lightweight, making it suitable for a wide variety of projects—such as sweaters, cardigans, blankets, scarves, and more.
