Description

ROMA is our exclusive little cloud made of 80% cashmere and 20% mulberry silk. With a running length of 160 m on just 20 g, it corresponds to a DK thickness. The fine yarn blend is spun in a particularly airy way and offers a uniquely light and soft luxury with a fine cashmere fluff. The homogeneous dyeing of the two fibers gives ROMA a very elegant appearance.

The raw cashmere wool for ROMA is certified in terms of animal welfare, sustainability and social responsibility and, like the mulberry silk, we source it from China. The yarn is spun and dyed in Italy by a family-run traditional company.

ROMA is light as a feather, incomparably soft and extremely economical thanks to the airy volume of the yarn at 160 m running length. It can be knitted in a single yarn to create wonderfully light shawls and cuddly sweaters with an enchanting cashmere fluff, but is also perfect for combining with our luxurious lace yarns PREMIA and MODENA.

Care: For ROMA, we recommend a short and gentle hand wash and the use of a neutral, mild wool detergent without enzymes and softeners, in a very low dosage. Then dry the knitwear gently and out of direct sunlight.
