The fibres are ethically sourced both regarding animal welfare and environmental footprint - this also means no mulesing of animals and no SuperWash treatment of the yarn. The family owned spinning mill in Peru is Fair Trade certified, ensuring good working conditions for everyone creating this yarn. All dyeing follows European regulations regarding toxic free dyes and environmental concerns.
