LØVETAND is a linen yarn made from 100% organic linen fibres.
The yarn consists of a thin thread that is knitted into a fine tube. The tube makes the linen fibre appear softer than if it were just a single thread.
LØVETAND is suitable for summer knitwear, e.g. tops, T-shirts, dresses and skirts. If you crochet LØVETAND, it is great for beach bags, purses and other accessories that require a firm structure. Linen is cooling on a warm summer day.
Linen is made from the stem of the flax flower, which makes the yarn strong and durable. Therefore, linen can also feel a little stiff when knitted or crocheted, but over time linen becomes softer.
LØVETAND's colour palette consists of dusty, classic and finely coordinated colours that combine well with each other.
The flax fibre used for LØVETAND comes from Belgium and the yarn itself is made in Italy especially for my company CaMaRose.
The yarn is dyed according to REACH regulations.

It is recommended to wash the finished work at 30° C with a detergent suitable for linen. You must NOT use normal detergent to wash LØVETAND as it contains bleach and solvents that destroy the fibres of the linen.
